Technical Implementation Analyst, Junior
Goomer
• Guide and support clients throughout the implementation process, clarifying questions, providing technical information, and handling possible objections • Conduct training sessions and demonstrations of the contracted solutions • Perform on-site visits for system implementations, training, and follow-up when required • Execute internal processes and keep metrics up to date in management tools, ensuring the reliability of information • Support the creation and maintenance of implementation materials such as knowledge base articles, playbooks, presentations, and communications • Configure and prepare equipment for new clients, ensuring everything is ready for a high-quality implementation.
Job Requirements
- Currently studying for or holding a technical certificate or degree in technology-related fields (Networks, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Engineering, or similar)
- Some experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical support or training
- Basic knowledge of project organization, including tracking schedules, time management, and task prioritization
- Availability to make on-site client visits (some issues are best resolved face-to-face 🤝)
- Reside in the São Paulo region
- ✨Nice to have:
- Experience with digital products, customer onboarding, or working in Customer Success teams, especially in SaaS models
- Experience with on-site client work.
