• Participate in the design of the Code AI field and the development of related AI applications to improve R & D productivity, optimize code logic, and reduce online service costs, etc. • Participate in the development of Agents in the R & D field and explore the landing scenarios of Agents in the business. • Participate in the design and exploration of the next - generation R & D system to improve the team's R & D efficiency and innovation ability. • Collaborate closely with cross - functional teams, understand business requirements, and provide AI technical support for international AI products. • Be responsible for researching and solving the challenges and problems encountered in AI application development.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, software or related fields, with more than 2 years of experience in AI algorithm applications.
  • Proficient in the practical methods of deep learning, with rich experience in applying deep - learning models to large - scale products and services; familiar with pre - trained models such as GPT, and have an in - depth understanding of related task technologies (such as Prompt design, Instruct fine - tuning, model engineering, etc.).
  • Have solid programming skills and be familiar with the Python programming language.
  • Have a good sense of responsibility, collaboration ability, and problem - solving ability.
