IT Support – Automation Specialist

• Manage and resolve IT support requests from distributed team members in a timely and empathetic manner. • Build, enhance, and maintain automations for IT processes, focusing on reducing manual work and improving efficiency. • Administer and configure our key collaboration and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Notion, Trelica, and others). • Partner with different teams to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT operations by introducing innovative solutions and AI-powered automation. • Maintain clear and concise documentation to support knowledge transfer and empower self-service.
Job Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in IT support, automation, or development roles (ideally in startup-like or remote-first environments).
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and resolving IT support queries.
- Strong technical background with exposure to coding/scripting (Python is a plus) and familiarity with cloud environments.
- Experience managing user identities, permissions, and app configurations across SaaS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service orientation, empathy, and ability to set/manage expectations.
- Self-starter mindset with strong prioritization skills and the drive to reduce manual work through automation.
