Finance Manager

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial statements and management accounts. • Perform full bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. • Processing monthly payroll. • Generate, review, and present financial reports to management and stakeholders. • Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting. • Uphold compliance with regulatory bodies. • Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures. • Support month-end and year-end close processes. • Assist with any ad-hoc financial analysis or projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Managerial Accountant or in a similar management accounting role.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
