Sales Closer and Enrollment Advisor
Full Focus
Hi, soon-to-be world changer, Ever dreamt of joining a team on a mission to help people win at work and succeed at life? At Full Focus, we believe that when people trade busy for intentional, everything changes; families get stronger, teams get healthier, and the world becomes more peaceful and productive. Our mission is simple: To help professionals experience the Double Win: achieving extraordinary results without sacrificing their health, relationships, or sanity. And we’re looking for someone extraordinary—someone who wants to play a pivotal role in helping professionals step into that life. Why We Exist You know that creeping sense of burnout that’s become almost normal? The endless to-do lists, the late nights, the quiet guilt of never feeling fully “off”? A recent Gallup poll revealed that 70% of professionals feel disengaged at work, and over half report feeling chronically overwhelmed. These are smart, capable, purpose-driven people… but they’ve lost sight of what matters most. That’s the problem we exist to solve. Because when people regain focus and build rhythms of rest, they don’t just get more done—they become better leaders, parents, and human beings. They get their peace back. And that ripple effect changes everything. What if it could be different? What if millions of people woke up excited for the day ahead? What if they were clear on their priorities, present with their families, confident they’re making progress toward a meaningful vision? What if they finally had space to breathe, create, and enjoy life again? That’s what Full Focus helps people do every day. Through our Double Win Coaching program, we pair world-class coaching with proven systems and frameworks that teach high achievers how to build lives of intention—where their work fuels their life, not the other way around. And the truth is: This movement can’t grow without you. Why We Need You Every month, thousands of people from our email list register to attend our weekly live webinars. They’re hungry for change, searching for structure, and ready to reclaim their time. Many of them raise their hand to learn more about our Double Win Coaching program—and that’s where you come in. As our Double Win Enrollment Advisor, you’ll guide these inbound leads—real people already taking their first step toward a more intentional life—through warm, consultative conversations that help them see what’s possible and decide if our coaching program is the right fit. You’ll be their first human connection to the Double Win. What You’ll Do - Lead inbound sales calls with recent webinar attendees interested in coaching - Guide prospects through empathetic, consultative conversations (no false urgency pressure tactics here) - Help potential clients clarify their goals and the primary bottlenecks standing in their way - Communicate the value of the Double Win Coaching program and invite qualified candidates to join - Collaborate with our marketing and coaching teams to ensure each new client’s experience feels seamless and intentional - Represent the heart and mission of Full Focus—modeling what it means to truly “win at work and succeed at life” Who You Are - You’re a natural listener who loves uncovering what people truly want - You’re comfortable on video calls and thrive in authentic 1:1 conversations - You believe in service-based selling—guiding, not pushing - You’re highly organized, disciplined, and motivated by results - You resonate deeply with the Full Focus mission and already live by some of its principles - You want to be part of a team that values excellence, rest, integrity, and joy Why This Matters Every person you enroll isn’t just another sale: - It’s a family that gets more present dinners. - It’s a leader who learns to rest again. - It’s someone finally rediscovering what “enough” feels like. You’ll be on the front lines of a movement to restore peace, purpose, and productivity to a world that desperately needs it. What to expect as an Enrollment Advisor at Full Focus: In this role, you will: 1.Effectively qualify leads to determine if our program is the best fit for them—or not. 2. Run 4–6 strategy sessions/day and teach the Double Win Framework that every client will install. 3. Present our Double Win Coaching Program as the solution for their needs and goals. 4. Consistently close deals on the first call (or within 24–48hrs of the first call). What will you sell? Our proven, 12 month Double Win Coaching Experience. This hands-on coaching program helps high achievers escape burnout, regain control, and live intentionally—achieving professional goals without sacrificing relationships, health, or peace. Who will you work with? You will report directly with Marissa, Chief Marketing Officer, and Will, our World-Class High-Ticket Sales Director who has held more than 13,000 high ticket sales calls. You’ll also learn directly from our existing all-star closer, Scoty. We’re a small, and noble, collaborative team of 12 employees and have an unheard-of retention rate within our industry. Where will you work? Anywhere you want. We all work remotely and are scattered around North America from the gigantic firs of Washington state to sweet home Alabama. That means you have the flexibility to work from home, or a coworking location, or to take the family to Rome for the summer and work from your terrace overlooking the Colosseum.
