Pay: $18.50/hr. + based on experience BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Habilitation Technician /Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Lancaster County and surrounding areas. BAYADA's special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disability to help them reach their full potential.
