Job Description

Senior Product Designer

CoreWeave

• Independently lead end-to-end design across CoreWeave Cloud Console, translating complex infrastructure and platform needs into intuitive, high-impact experiences for developers, engineers, and enterprise teams. • Bring strong design craft and sharp product judgment to a broad surface area, defining strategy, solving ambiguous problems, and consistently raising the quality bar across the product. • Work across Cloud Console, touching everything from account management and billing to compute orchestration and observability. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape direction, not just execute it. • Articulate clear design rationale, advocate for user needs, and contribute meaningfully to a growing design team and culture.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a versatile senior designer who can own all facets of design, including user research, UX, interaction design, prototyping, and UI design.
  • An excellent portfolio showcasing user-centered problem solving through interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
  • Deep proficiency with Figma and a solid understanding of building usable, accessible, and modular designs that scale.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to define strategy and solve complex problems for technical users in B2B, infrastructure, developer tools, or platform contexts.
  • Actively incorporates AI tools into your design workflow — using them to move faster, prototype smarter, and tackle harder problems.
  • Comfortable working with technical complexity and ambiguity; you help teams frame problems, not just resolve them.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or modern frameworks for prototyping or implementation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or enterprise platform products (preferred).

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid for by CoreWeave
  • Company-paid Life Insurance

  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Flexible, full-service childcare support with Kinside
  • 401(k) with a generous employer match
  • Flexible PTO
  • Catered lunch each day in our office and data center locations
  • A casual work environment
  • A work culture focused on innovative disruption
