Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working directly with clients in the employee benefits/benefit administration industry
- Strong project management experience
- In-depth understanding of benefit administration and employee benefit programs
- Comfortable with technology and adept at navigating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot issues
- Experience with Human Resources and HRIS/payroll systems
- Excellent relationship management, project management, and analytical skills
- Ability to lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and build strong relationships
- Proven ability to collaborate across functional areas

The Onsite Surgical Equipment Repair Specialist – Fixed Location works at a designated fixed location, to provide cost- effective maintenance on company and customer owned medical equipment to assure it is functioning properly and meets the customer’s needs. What You Will Do in This Role - Inspect and test general surgery instrumentation. - Disassemble malfunctioning equipment and remove, repair or replace defective parts. - Keep records of maintenance, parts and repair. - Perform preventative maintenance on instruments such as cleaning, lubricating or adjusting. - Coordinate proposal maintenance program developments using company methods and models. - Facilitate equipment pick-up, delivery, quotation communication, repair status monitoring and delivery of completed repairs. - Work with leadership to coordinate periodic performance reviews. What You Will Need for This Role - Valid driver’s license. - High School Diploma or GED. - Basic computer skills. - Experience working with medical equipment in a hospital or clinic. - Great near-sighted vision and ability to distinguish colors. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as well as emergency off hours as needed. - Willingness to travel extensively to support business needs and goals. - The ability to sit on a work stool, stand, bend and have precise hand dexterity to grasp, manipulate or assemble very small objects, with or without accommodations. - The ability to safely drive a box truck or sprinter style vehicle. - The ability to use digital calipers, grinding wheels, soldering irons, sand blasters, Dremel style tools, torches and test equipment which requires good hand-eye coordination. Master Center is expanding and seeking a talented and experienced IOP Coordinator for our afternoon/ evening Intensive Outpatient Program. We prefer candidates with prior substance addiction treatment experience. The IOP Program Coordinator is responsible for the provision on Intensive Outpatient Services. Counselors that are Certified and/or Licensed Mental Health Professionals will be responsible for the direct delivery of clinical and case management services to patients enrolled in the evening IOP Program. This includes individual, group and family counseling, skill building, psycho-educational services, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention. This position will require on call services as needed. Duties include but are not limited to individual psychotherapy & group therapy for patients, assessment counseling, and advocating for the patients, whenever necessary.
