Ideally with the VP or SVP level. • Assist with best practice identification to consult client on alternatives. • Engage in ongoing educational opportunities on product releases, updates and system functionality. • Educate, discuss, and collaborate with clients on relevant industry updates and legal changes. • Determine how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value (ROI) delivered by Businessolver. • Drive collaboration across business units, roles, and business processes to balance value for our clients and for BSC. • Create and review strategic client engagement plans, incorporating key team members, business units, and thoughtful recommendations for partnership advancements. • Ensure smart hand-off on new services to client delivery teams. • Create holistic solution and financial offers to drive the best outcomes for our customers. • Ensure customer awareness of the broad offering set Businessolver has to offer and how it can benefit customer outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive experience working with clients, brokers and carriers in the Benefit Administration sales and client success.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree a plus.
  • Experience with Employee/Health and Welfare Benefits, Web based Benefit Technology, Human Resources, or Health Care
  • Experience working with employer groups size of 10,000 lives +
  • If supporting our reseller, association and trust group, experience with pooled groups a must.
  • GBA, CEBS, PHR Designations preferred.
  • Proven history of retaining, growing and renewing client partnerships.
  • Eager to achieve and exceed the sales quota.
  • Ability to analyze and present data in a meaningful way that is pertinent to client’s goals.
  • Proven ability to create, engage and maintain strong relationships as you interact with current and prospective clients.
  • Ability to be extremely flexible – comfort and experience in jumping back and forth between client meetings, calls, analyzing client’s needs, collaborating with our internal staff to resolve issues, and handling anything else that comes up in a day.

Position Summary The Vice President, Global Psychosocial Services, leads the Global Psychosocial Services team in providing high-quality psychosocial services to unaccompanied and migrant children worldwide. The incumbent will ensure that KIND provides child-centered services across diverse regions in a manner that culturally aligns with relevant local, regional, and global child-protection and safeguarding practices and requirements. The incumbent will be an expert in providing trauma-informed and culturally responsive psychosocial services; and will lead the strategy, design, planning, implementation, administration, and programmatic oversight of KIND’s psychosocial services. The Vice President, Global Psychosocial Services, reports to the executive vice president and chief program officer. This position—which is integral to KIND’s mission of advancing best practices in the field---will have internal- and external-facing responsibilities. This is a remote position based from any location in the U.S. This position is contingent upon continued funding. Essential FunctionsStrategic Leadership and External Engagement (25%) - Leads the program design, management, and performance of psychosocial services in the locations in which KIND operates, delivered through a child-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive lens. - Directly supervises U.S. and international psychosocial leadership, fostering strong programming across regions while ensuring alignment with global standards. - Provides thought leadership and expertise on psychosocial services programming across KIND and to a range of external stakeholders. Serves as confidential advisor regarding psychosocial services to the executive vice president and chief program officer. - Builds and sustains partnerships and networks with child protection actors globally, including representing KIND at conferences, panels, and other local, national, and international stakeholder engagement opportunities.
