Sales Performance Consultant

• Collaborate with PDG’s sales and client services teams and clients to define the business objective, the assessment process, the identification of structural and cultural changes; and the learning recommendations required to achieve business objectives. • Guide and work with clients through goal definition and needs identification using problem-solving principles and experience. • Create actionable solutions that solve client issues and link to our client's performance outcomes. • Use diagnostic and assessment tools, analyze textual and numerical data, identify root causes/trends, and collaboratively create a simple, effective summary/design for the client to solve their challenges. • Plan and manage efforts to define organizational processes, capabilities, change management, application of key technologies, and performance metrics. • Engage the client to understand strategic changes in the business and make recommendations for aligning the solution to the changes. • Build business cases and monitor the achievement of strategic, financial, and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the areas of sales performance consulting, human performance technology, or change management
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales and commercial leadership experience in the life sciences industries
  • Expert-level facilitation skills and executive presence.
