Customer Success Associate

Weekday (YC W21)

• Be actively present in community environments, events, and group interactions to observe and identify meaningful moments • Capture photos, videos, and real-time content using mobile devices during on-ground activities • Document user journeys, stories, feedback, and milestones in a structured and organized manner • Share regular updates, highlights, and content with internal teams for further use in marketing initiatives • Maintain logs and reports to track community engagement, participation, and emerging trends • Support engagement initiatives by identifying opportunities for referrals, testimonials, and member participation • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure captured content aligns with broader communication goals • Ensure consistency in capturing authentic, high-quality, and relevant content • Identify patterns in user behavior and engagement to support strategic decision-making • Assist in creating a continuous flow of community-driven content

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable interacting with people and building rapport in community settings
  • Interest in fitness, wellness, or community-driven environments is an advantage
  • Ability to capture photos and videos using a mobile device with a good eye for detail
  • Observant mindset with the ability to identify meaningful stories and moments
  • Proactive and self-driven with the ability to take initiative without constant supervision
  • Strong organizational skills to manage content, updates, and documentation effectively
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-ground environments rather than desk-based roles
