Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and broader executive team. Responsibilities Executive Calendar and Schedule Management - Manage complex calendars for the C-Suite, including travel, participation in conferences, speaking engagements, and external events. - Lead end-to-end coordination of meetings, offsites, board-related activity, and high-impact engagements, including travel. - Anticipate needs and proactively prioritize meetings by impact to remove friction and protect executives’ time. - Ensure executives are well informed of responsibilities and prepared for meetings with briefings, clear agendas, and materials. - Track action items and follow-up requests (meetings, materials, deliverables).
