Job Requirements
- At least eight years of software engineering experience
- Three or more years of experience in technology leadership and people management
- Ability to build, organize and motivate diverse teams
- Ability to define strategy for your team in alignment with company-wide priorities
- Communicate with clarity and brevity, tailoring messages to audience
- Experience with C#, React, MongoDB and AWS is a plus
- Experience leading hybrid teams is a plus
- Domain experience with internal admin systems for SaaS products is a plus
