• Lead the design and implementation of full-stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, Vue 3, and PHP. • Make strategic architectural decisions that ensure scalability, performance and stability. • Own systems end-to-end: from early discovery to release, monitoring, and ongoing improvements. • Build robust APIs (REST, GraphQL) and integrate complex backend systems. • Push engineering excellence: testing, observability, documentation, and clean architecture. • Collaborate closely with Product & Design to clarify requirements and shape solutions. • Mentor engineers across teams and help elevate engineering standards across the organization. • Drive AI-assisted engineering practices and identify opportunities for AI product features.

• Planung und Umsetzung von Integrationskonzepten zwischen HubSpot und weiteren Systemen (z. B. CRM, ERP, E-Commerce) • Weiterentwicklung unserer eigenen Integrationsplattform, d.h. Aktualisierung und Optimierung bestehender Integrationen sowie Entwicklung neuer Integrationen • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Consultants sowie Kunden, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und die technische Umsetzbarkeit zu evaluieren. • Erstellung von sauberem, gut kommentiertem und skalierbarem Code für maßgeschneiderte Lösungen in HubSpot und angrenzenden Systemen. • Entwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung von CMS-Modulen sowie Landing Pages in HubSpot. • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Consultants zur Besprechung von technischen Lösungen und zur gemeinsamen Entwicklung neuer Ideen. • Erstellung von fundierten Schätzungen für anstehende Projekte und Aufgaben.
