• Supports inbound and outbound sales efforts by applying developed knowledge of electrical products, customer needs, and sales processes. • Works under moderate supervision to handle routine transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and supports the sales organization in achieving revenue goals. • Uses established procedures to identify solutions in straightforward situations, make sound decisions, and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, professional service. • Champions digital adoption to streamline interactions, enhance responsiveness, and elevate the overall customer experience. • Determines appropriate product selections and pricing for customer orders by referencing inventory, lead times, and contract terms. • Performs order entry, quote generation, and follow-up tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions. • Observes customer purchasing behavior and sales trends to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities. • Handles incoming calls and emails from distributors, contractors, and end users to provide product information and resolve routine service issues. • Enters sales orders, customer notes, and related transaction details into CRM or ERP systems to support data accuracy and reporting. • Contacts external vendors and internal departments to confirm availability, delivery timelines, or technical specifications as needed. • Ensures customer satisfaction by following up on open quotes, shipment status, and product feedback, escalating issues when necessary. • Prepares and organizes sales materials, product catalogs, and customer records to support inside sales operations and training needs. • Exercises professional judgment when managing customer concerns and provides informal guidance to newer team members on system use and customer service best practices. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with all policies and standards. • Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.

The Senior Key Channel Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans in partnership with distribution partners across the non-acute market. This role requires deep understanding of customer business, financial, and technical needs, along with the ability to shape strategy and position Beckman Coulter Diagnostics solutions to drive sustained growth in a competitive landscape. You will collaborate closely with distributor partners and internal teams to expand market share, accelerate installed base growth, and deliver value across physician office labs, reference labs, and community-based healthcare settings, while influencing key stakeholders and advancing complex opportunities. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager, Channel Sales. Candidates must reside in territory, covering the Dallas & Austin, Texas area.
