• Own full-cycle recruitment across technical, product, and GTM functions in the US and EMEA. • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, candidate profiles, talent availability, and market realities. • Build strong top-of-funnel pipelines through proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, and creative talent attraction strategies. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Lead and coordinate onboarding and adaptation of new hires to support smooth integration into the business. • Maintain and optimize our ATS, ensuring clean data, efficient workflows, and high hiring process quality. • Track and analyze hiring market trends, competitor activity, and talent insights across relevant geographies and functions. • Help improve recruiting processes, hiring quality, and overall talent operations as we scale.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in-house or in fast-growing companies.
  • Strong understanding of the US and EMEA talent markets, including hiring nuances, candidate expectations, and market dynamics.
  • Proven success hiring across technical, product, and GTM roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence in building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows, sourcing, research, productivity, or candidate engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with hiring managers as a true business partner.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.

Overview The Northern California Clinical Rotation Recruiter is a part-time position predominately administrative in its program responsibilities. The position is remote with requirements for travel in Northern California and campus. As a member of the Touro University California College of Health Sciences Joint Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies/Master of Public Health Program, the Northern California Clinical Rotation Recruitment Coordinator will formulate and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan that includes targeted advertising, travel, and management of the specific external clinical preceptors. The coordinator should have a demonstrated record of success in marketing and sales and experience with generating and delivering a marketing and recruitment plan. The work requires flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and attention to detail. The incumbent must support the university's mission and be motivated to promote the growth and development of its programs. The coordinator must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of individuals in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities 1.
