Social Media Marketing Manager – Investor-Focused Real Estate Role Summary You are responsible for building and executing social media campaigns to attract high-net-worth investors to New Jersey real estate opportunities. You will manage daily engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Yelp, respond to comments and DMs, create and edit content, run paid and organic campaigns, and monitor analytics to optimize results. You work directly with the principal, operate independently, and prioritize high-impact activities that generate investor leads. Filtering signal: This role is not for candidates who need step-by-step instructions or cannot make creative and data-driven decisions independently. Core Responsibilities Community Engagement & Reputation Management - Respond to and initiate engagement with comments, DMs, and messages daily across all platforms. - Actively request Google and Yelp reviews to maintain a 4.8+ star rating. - Escalate and respond to negative or complex reviews with appropriate guidance. Content Creation & Platform Management - Create, edit, and schedule weekly posts across platforms to highlight market insights, portfolio performance, and client success stories. - Produce 2+ Instagram Stories/Reels per week designed to attract investors. - Edit YouTube content, including property tours and construction updates, to align with investor-focused narratives. - Moderate and grow the r/NJRealEstateInvestors subreddit by curating relevant posts and fostering discussion. - Design and prepare monthly postcard mailers for marketing outreach. Strategic Investor Acquisition Campaigns - Run paid and organic ad campaigns targeting accredited investors, 1031-exchange buyers, and high-net-worth individuals. - Support creation and execution of campaigns that convert social engagement into qualified investor leads. Analytics & Reporting - Generate monthly analytics reports tracking impressions, engagement, lead generation, and deal outcomes. - Test creative variations and messaging to identify high-performing content. - Interpret engagement metrics to provide actionable recommendations for content and campaigns. What We Actually Care About - You convert social engagement into investor leads with measurable results. - You manage multiple platforms independently without daily guidance. - You analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations that influence campaigns. - You create investor-focused content that is accurate, engaging, and actionable. - You proactively maintain reputation management to protect and enhance the brand. What This Role Is NOT - A general content creator role; investor acquisition is the priority. - A passive engagement role; daily proactive interaction and response are required. - A role for candidates who require step-by-step instructions or micromanagement. - A marketing analytics-only role; execution and content creation are equally important. Job Requirements

  • Able to craft 60-second Reels that convert property visuals into investor-focused narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset: can analyze and explain engagement metrics beyond surface-level numbers.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles (cap rates, cash-on-cash, 1031 exchanges) or rapid learning ability.
  • Operates with an ownership mindset: treats every lead and content piece as impacting business outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY The Senior Specialist, Experience Marketing leverages the enterprise player experience & product strategies to develop, build and enhance the player experience in retail, online and in the app. This role drives digital and retail integration through omni-channel marketing experiences. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Liaises with key stakeholders both external service providers/vendors/retailers as well as a variety of internal stakeholders across the business to achieve a seamless, cohesive player experience - Provides event-marketing expertise for product launches, and activations, and winner celebrations. - Works closely with the Encore Rewards loyalty team to support a seamless, cohesive experience at casino brick & mortar locations including the oversight of the in-facility Encore Rewards marketing experience (Point of Sale (POS), Guest Service Experience). - Proactively manages projects, marketing requirements and deliverables, meeting deadlines and providing accurate and timely communication with stakeholders.
