• Responsible for nationwide business development across the corporate, long-stay and group segments • Build strong, resilient customer relationships • Actively drive B2B business with ownership and a growth mindset • Conduct cold outreach and prospecting with structure and creativity • Identify decision-makers and approach them directly • Lead negotiations with clarity and confidence • Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing • Analyze performance and derive concrete actions • Drive sales automation and create scalable processes • Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM
Job Requirements

The Membership Services Representative will take inbound calls from Peak Health members, answering questions ranging from general information to complex inquires on a wide range of issues.
