Project Manager

Offshore Launch

• Run L10 and other internal standups, turning them into a live project board and driving follow through • Building a process inventory across exec, delivery and sales; spotting gaps and proposing improvements. • Identify missing or broken internal processes across sales, delivery, and leadership, document current state vs desired state, and help implement agreed improvements. • Owning task/board tools (Planner/equivalent) and keeping work moving from intake to done. • Maintaining key delivery / milestone calendars and making sure dependencies are handled. • Partnering on M365/AI workflows to streamline internal processes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a BPO, corporate, or consulting environment in a project management, ops, or senior EA role supporting executives.
  • Proven project/program management skills: running recurring meetings, owning project boards, and driving deadlines.
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft 365 (Planner / Team / Sharepoint) and a CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot) highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable communicating with senior and C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to speak up in leadership meetings, ask clarifying questions, and propose solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through; comfortable writing and sending communication on behalf of executives.
  • Proactive and resourceful; able to work independently in a remote setup on US Central Time hours.
