• You will be owning features on our web platforms – currently the Phantom Extension and our website. • You will be leading initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom, and to launch new complementary products or infrastructure. • You will be interfacing directly with end-users and developers building on Phantom – supporting them and collecting feedback to inform the direction of the product. • You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.

• Define the technical strategy for new products while co-driving product strategy with cross-functional partners • Lead engineering efforts across the stack, from architecture through implementation and delivery • Serve as a technical thought partner to product and design, grounding decisions in both vision and pragmatic execution • Uphold a high bar for engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence • Shape and reinforce a team culture focused on speed, experimentation, and continuous learning • Guide the team through ambiguity and rapid iteration, helping them move fast without sacrificing long-term quality • Mentor engineers through design reviews, pairing, and strategic planning — raising the bar for the entire group • Act as a steward for the long-term technical health and direction of the team

• Building and improving core scheduling features used by AD teams on major film and TV productions • Offline-first architecture — Cinapse works fully offline on set and in remote locations, and this is a non-negotiable product requirement • Flagship features including stripboard management, multi-unit scheduling, real-time collaboration, reporting, and PDF import/export • Performance, reliability, and scalability of a production-critical SaaS platform • Integrations with Wrapbook's broader payroll and production finance ecosystem

• Lead the design and analysis of high-voltage transmission and distribution systems, including substations, feeders, and distribution networks. • Develop engineering specifications, plans, and construction drawings aligned with industry standards and client requirements. • Conduct system modeling, load flow analysis, fault studies, and short-circuit calculations to ensure safe and reliable operations. • Oversee T&D projects from feasibility studies and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout. • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and field teams to resolve engineering issues and optimize project outcomes. • Ensure designs and project execution comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as utility standards.
