• Manage our Jira support help desk and ensure SLAs are met • Build and continuously improve the support processes • Develop & maintain Python scripts • Manage support requests for customers across different time zones within the US • Triage customer issues by checking logs, running simple database queries • Perform root cause analysis for production errors and recommend improvements • Work with different team members and stakeholders representing all areas of the business • Regularly prepare and present content to stakeholders within Converge

• The Business Development Manager will work with the Head of Distribution and Underwriting team to develop regional business plans that drive growth, optimize our products and programs, generate new opportunities, and retain renewals. • The Business Development Manager will conduct planned brokerage visits within an assigned territory to develop new accounts, service existing accounts, review broker performance and improve the broker relationship with Converge. • The Business Development Manager supports the Head of Distribution and Underwriting team by reinforcing Converge’s product appetite, coverage options, pricing, claims handling, and security service capabilities. • Responsible for brokers’ satisfaction with Converge products/capabilities and connecting brokerage contacts to the appropriate Converge resources including underwriting, claims, and security services. • The Business Development Manager will monitor performance and identify trends, partner alignment, and provide guidance to brokers as part of their periodic reviews. • The Business Development Manager supports the Head of Distribution and Director of Cyber Risk Solutions on the success of the partnered insurance program initiatives, from lead generation to Go-to-Market strategy. • Up to 25% of travel required (depending on location)

• Build and maintain features across our core insurance platform — quoting, policy management, broker-facing workflows, and third-party data integrations (e.g., KYND). • Contribute to AI-powered underwriting tools that analyze cyber risk signals and surface actionable insights, championing data integrity and system reliability throughout. • Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code across the full stack in collaboration with senior engineers. • Participate in design discussions and architectural decisions with a security-conscious mindset, consistent with our SOC 2 compliance posture. • Partner closely with underwriting and actuarial teams to translate domain requirements into robust technical implementations. • Drive continuous improvement through active code reviews, identification of technical debt, and a commitment to engineering quality and scalability.

• Lead the design, development, and ownership of full-stack features across React/Next.js frontends and Python backend services, including scalable GraphQL APIs supporting internal applications and external partner integrations. • Drive technical solutions from ambiguous requirements through implementation and production release, owning CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and production stability for supported services. • Design and implement advanced UI patterns, data visualizations, and analytics-driven workflows in partnership with product and design leaders. • Ensure high standards of code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and refactoring initiatives — evaluating and championing new technologies and best practices across the stack. • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and direct technical guidance, raising the quality bar across the team. • Collaborate across teams to influence platform architecture, long-term technical direction, and communicate tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Providing overall underwriting excellence through management and tactical direction for Cyber Liability lines of business • Directing the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives for the Cyber Liability lines • Delegating underwriting authority • Approving underwriting referrals • Taking action to achieve desired underwriting performance and efficiency • Assessing risk tolerance, market conditions, and emerging risk issues • Conducting internal underwriting peer reviews to ensure corporate guidelines and best practices are being met • Serving as the liaison with carrier partners, including reinsurers, regarding underwriting matters • Identifying new underwriting opportunities
