Role Description We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Consultant or CDI and Inpatient Coding Specialist to partner with healthcare organizations to improve their revenue cycle performance while ensuring clinical documentation integrity, coding accuracy, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with revenue cycle, HIM, and clinical teams to assess workflows, identify gaps impacting reimbursement and compliance, and implement data-driven and sustainable solutions across the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of how clinical documentation and operational processes influence financial outcomes and is motivated by improving both revenue performance and the quality of clinical data. • Teach and facilitate classes on a broad range of topics in the pregnancy and postpartum period. • See patients for one-on-one appointments while providing high quality, skilled clinical care. • Chart visits and maintain accurate records according to payor requirements, per guidelines provided by Aeroflow. • Support and advocate for the normal physiologic functions involved in the maternal-infant process. • Provide patients evidence-based clinical information following the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine Protocols and/or the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Code of Ethics. • Participate and collaborate by attending team and departmental administrative and clinical meetings.

• Cultivate strong relationships with VHC clients and offer expert guidance on maximizing the use of their Dayforce solution. • Balance time and energy effectively in order to deliver service to concurrent clients. • Leverage your knowledge of Dayforce and business processes/operations to build and execute a comprehensive and effective client-side task list and project plan. • Collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to understand their business requirements. • Configure Dayforce to meet clients requirements. • Conduct system and quality assurance testing. • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, and provide training and support on the effective use of Dayforce. • Proactively identify issues and propose practical solutions to meet the business needs while remaining on-time and within the scope. • Contribute to the development and growth of Vintage Hill’s Dayforce Delivery Services practice.
