• Teach and facilitate classes on a broad range of topics in the pregnancy and postpartum period. • See patients for one-on-one appointments while providing high quality, skilled clinical care. • Chart visits and maintain accurate records according to payor requirements, per guidelines provided by Aeroflow. • Support and advocate for the normal physiologic functions involved in the maternal-infant process. • Provide patients evidence-based clinical information following the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine Protocols and/or the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Code of Ethics. • Participate and collaborate by attending team and departmental administrative and clinical meetings.

• Cultivate strong relationships with VHC clients and offer expert guidance on maximizing the use of their Dayforce solution. • Balance time and energy effectively in order to deliver service to concurrent clients. • Leverage your knowledge of Dayforce and business processes/operations to build and execute a comprehensive and effective client-side task list and project plan. • Collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to understand their business requirements. • Configure Dayforce to meet clients requirements. • Conduct system and quality assurance testing. • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, and provide training and support on the effective use of Dayforce. • Proactively identify issues and propose practical solutions to meet the business needs while remaining on-time and within the scope. • Contribute to the development and growth of Vintage Hill’s Dayforce Delivery Services practice.

• Assist clients by successfully managing and implementing Sage Intacct following the prescribed implementation methodology. • Analyze and document system and business requirements. • Set up system and configure according to client requirements. • Develop test scripts for client’s testing phase. • Train end-users on the Sage Intacct system. • Make recommendations for new processes and procedures. • Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Sage Intacct tools. • Set up and configure 3rd party integration tools. • Work closely with the sales team and other support team members to coordinate the completion of project tasks. • Provide regular written reports on project status for use internally and with clients. • Manage projects with the ability to keep projects on time and on budget. • Provide technical support to clients as needed. • Provide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including development of templates, documentation of best practices, and contribution to the knowledge base library. • Recognize functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code and ISV solutions. • Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are being met. • Manage complex projects from beginning to end. • Research and/or escalate complex software issues to identify improvements and opportunities. • Work with developers and other team members to define client enhancement needs.
