• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements. • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support operational and executive decision-making. • Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from back-end databases and tables. • Support system integrations, data mappings, and process improvements within Momentum and connected platforms. • Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Ensure solutions align with federal compliance, security, and data governance standards, especially within VA environments. • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Momentum or other ERP Solutions (financials, budgeting, or related modules).
- Strong experience building Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling and DAX.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including querying back-end tables, joins, stored procedures, and data validation.
- Experience working in federal government environments or regulated industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
- Familiarity with federal financial systems, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, or Azure data services.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Microsoft Power BI, or similar).

Job Purpose and Summary As an essential member of our Special Needs Plan (SNP) care team, the telephonic Care Manager Specialist (CMS) plays a key role in coordinating the care of our members, particularly those with social determinants of health (SDoH) needs and stable health conditions. The CMS collaborates closely with the Registered Nurse Care Manager, Care Coordinator, Social Worker, and other interdisciplinary care team participants to support the member in maintaining optimal health. This is achieved by evaluating the members’ needs through the completion of the annual Health Risk Assessment Survey, addressing SDoH needs, and closing gaps in preventative and health maintenance care.
