Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 8 years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, project management, governance, international operations, or audit
- At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients or at least 5 years of experience serving as a consultant for external business clients
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- 5+ years of experience in country risk management or oversight of foreign operations (preferred)
- 3+ years of project management experience leading cross functional programs in risk (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience providing risk oversight or effective challenge activities or experience conducting audits in a financial institution environment (preferred)
- Industry certifications in risk management (preferred)
