Job Description
Sales & Key Account Manager
SendDrop GmbH
• Lead management & speed-to-lead: You take ownership of warm leads (website, ads, Shopify App Store) and contact them lightning-fast by phone or email to strike while the iron is hot. • Demo delivery with a closing focus: You conduct confident product demonstrations. You don’t sell features — you sell solutions, clearly showing prospects the ROI and the advantage of SendDrop to close the deal. • Full-cycle sales & initial success: You guide the customer from the first demo to the first successful shipment. You ensure technical integration (Shopify etc.) is in place so the customer can start generating revenue immediately. • Needs analysis & solution selling: You identify merchants’ pain points and provide tailored, deal-oriented advice rather than playing it by the book. • Pipeline hygiene in HubSpot: You document your leads and deals comprehensively so we always have full control of our sales metrics. • Market insights: You pass valuable feedback from your sales conversations directly to Product and Marketing — you know best why customers buy (or what’s still missing for a “yes”). • Sales engine optimization: You collaborate with us to develop processes that continuously improve our conversion rate from lead to paying customer.
Job Requirements
- Sales experience: You have experience in active sales, business development, or inside sales — ideally in SaaS, e‑commerce, or logistics.
- Communication skills: You enjoy calling prospects, are quick on your feet, and can sell complex solutions simply, enthusiastically, and convincingly.
- Closing mindset: You are customer-focused but always keep the target in sight. You think in terms of solutions that move the customer forward and increase our revenue.
- CRM pro: Confident use of HubSpot (or similar tools). You know that a clean pipeline is the foundation of your success.
- Remote performance: You work independently, are structured, and results-oriented. You don’t need someone watching over you to achieve your goals.
- Language skills: Very good German skills, spoken and written — you communicate confidently on equal terms with online merchants.
- Bonus: You already have experience with Shopify, the e‑commerce market, or shipping logistics.
Benefits
- 100% remote work: Work flexibly from anywhere in Germany or Austria — we trust your results, not your office attendance.
- Flexible working hours with core hours: You structure your day autonomously to fit our customers’ availability.
- Growth opportunity: We’re a startup on the rise. Grow with us and potentially develop into a Senior Sales or Team Lead role.
- Startup spirit: Flat hierarchies, direct communication, and the freedom to contribute and test your own sales strategies.
- Modern tool stack: We use HubSpot and state-of-the-art sales tools so you can focus fully on selling.
