3D Character Artist – Stylized
Virtuos
• Create character elements such as clothing, faces, hairstyles, and creatures. • Collaborate closely with the Art Director and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality character assets. • Iterate on feedback from the Art Director/ stakeholders and refine assets to final quality. • Contribute to art‑team meetings with constructive input and support.
Job Requirements
- Creation of stylized low-poly characters focused on silhouette, form, and readability.
- Strong hand-painted (diffuse-only) texturing skills, simulating lighting, shadows, and AO in albedo (3DCoat / Substance Painter / Photoshop).
- UV unwrapping, baking, and efficient texture space optimization.
- Stylized high-poly sculpting in ZBrush with clean forms and support for baking.
- Understanding of shape language, color theory, and material representation in hand-painted style (metal, fabric, skin, etc.).
- Proficiency in 3ds Max or Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter.
- Solid understanding of full character production pipeline (modeling, sculpting, UVs, baking, texturing).
- Ability to interpret concept art and deliver production-ready 3D assets.
- Strong collaboration skills: able to receive and implement feedback from Art Director and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently while supporting the team when needed.
- В1 English level.

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for multiple social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) • Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Media teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and platform best practices • Produce engaging edits using motion graphics, transitions, and sound design to strengthen storytelling and performance • Optimize video content for paid social media performance • Organize and manage media assets while maintaining a clean and efficient post-production workflow • Stay up to date with emerging social video trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithms • Work with other editors and creatives to ensure brand consistency across all video content
• Collaborate with creative development and programming teams to advance the state of real-time rendered AR experiences while striving for the highest possible visual fidelity and ensuring optimal performance • Standardize and improve development processes for production of assets, materials, shaders, and other content • Work in Unreal/Unity, Maya, and other industry standard applications to help create internal/external content and example workflows for high profile AR experiences • Other tasks as assigned
