Job Description

Oracle Functional Consultant

Talentus Global

• Analyze business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements for Oracle solutions. • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication. • Configure and maintain Oracle applications (ERP Cloud or EBS) in accordance with business needs. • Lead functional workshops, process mapping sessions, and gap analysis exercises. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend appropriate Oracle-based solutions. • Support data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation. • Plan, coordinate, and execute functional testing (SIT/UAT) to ensure solution quality. • Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous system enhancements. • Develop and maintain functional documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and test scripts. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, business requirements, and Oracle best practices.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS).
  • Proven experience in at least one Oracle module (Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their alignment with Oracle systems.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and adapt to evolving business requirements.
  • Knowledge of integrations, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), and data management concepts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients.
