• Maintaining and improving our existing codebase • Building and shipping new features • Developing integrations between third-party services and internal systems • Implementing AI-powered solutions that help customers automate and optimise their workflows

• Maintain and modernize our Rails stack, including dependency upgrades, performance optimization and security enhancement • Build internal tools, SDKs, and libraries to improve developer experience and infrastructure scalability • Partner with your front-end counter-parts and SREs to support observability, performance, and reliability initiatives • Identify opportunities to build in-house systems that reduce reliance on costly third-party services • Contribute to architectural decisions that improve the performance, security and cost-efficiency of our platform

• Understand client requirement and participate in requirements analysis. • Able to handle complex project modules. • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture. • Revise, update, refactor and debug code. • Source code configuration and management. • Coordinate with the delivery manager and make sure delivery.
