Project Manager – Quality, Supply Chain
Helprise
• Support project management activities within the Quality organization, particularly across Supply Chain and Logistics-focused markets • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project roadmaps, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of initiatives • Ensure strong project governance by tracking progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies • Guide key actions and deliverables to ensure timely and effective project execution • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive resolution of potential issues • Perform administrative and coordination tasks, including: • Updating project objectives and maintaining the master plan • Consolidating key data and insights for internal reporting • Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with strategic priorities • Support cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within project delivery
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within an international environment
- Background in **Operations, Quality, Logistics, or Supply Chain** (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of **project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks**
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across multiple levels of the organization
- Experience in coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and support decision-making
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on execution and results
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a strong advantage
- Fluent English (international stakeholder environment)
