• Develop and refine modeling approaches in close collaboration with the Machine Learning Research team, iterating on experiments to improve model performance. • Execute rapid experimentation cycles, documenting learnings and identifying promising avenues for further development. • Support deployment efforts by creating standardized model endpoints and interfaces for seamless integration with product workflows. • Contribute to shared modeling infrastructure, building tools and utilities that accelerate experimentation and standardize workflows across teams. • Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to integrate machine learning models into product workflows, ensuring they drive measurable business KPIs. • Adapt and enhance existing modeling approaches to drive impact in new product areas. • Identify product needs and communicate them effectively across the Data Science and Machine Learning Research Science teams.

• Draft documentation, project plans etc. to support Projects, Technical and/or Sales teams. • Conduct analysis and produce metric reports and dashboards to support business decisions and strategies. • Deliver key activities to deadlines related to the functional internship you are assigned to. • Connect with internal/external customers in support of project execution. • Maintain status updates on project and/or team activities and communicate to all relevant stakeholders.

Your Role We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Global Football Metrics data science team, focused on delivering innovative machine learning models that keep Hudl at the cutting edge of sports analytics. As a Senior Data Scientist, your key responsibilities will include: - Work with a cross-functional team. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product, Design and Scrum disciplines to deliver cutting-edge tactical and recruitment insights. - Develop and deliver. You'll have access to industry-leading data from a variety of sources, and will contribute to the research and development of new Global Football models and metrics, taking ownership of specific workstreams end-to-end. - Test new ideas. Compensation The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
