• Work alongside a best-in-class team to conduct assessments, support growth strategies, and evaluate and recommend data management technologies • Understand business goals and drivers and translate those into an appropriate technical solution • Support and guide recalibration programs focused on data management strategy and execution • Recommend data design and analysis for data management programs of various sizes and complexities • Establish implementation plans for data management solutions and programs • Define or guide the definition of data standards; build consensus for standards and policies • Identify and organize conceptual data models that can be translated into physical representations • Work with and support other POLY team members in data management
Job Requirements
- Data and analytics experience across architecture, governance, master data, metadata, and quality management
- Familiar with marketplace data management tools such as MRI-Simmons, Geoscape, etc.
- Expertise and creative solutions for establishing models and implementation standards
- Experience with data architecture frameworks and understand the processes and systems that enable their success in an organization
- Awareness of and practical understanding of population trends, cultural attunement and ability to adopt data management practices accordingly
- Strong communication skills and can translate technology to business and vice versa
- Previous consulting experience
- Strong analytical problem-solving
