• Ship new product features and improve core systems in React + Node.js. • Design and scale AI-driven workflows (automated video validation, creator content categorization, brand-creator matchmaking). • Set engineering standards: improve processes, select the right tools, and raise the technical bar. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design on high-impact projects. • Participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, and performance. • Mentor teammates, support onboarding, and foster a strong engineering culture. • Take ownership of projects end-to-end, asking clarifying questions and proposing creative solutions.

• Configure and manage Go HighLevel CRM, pipelines, and contact records • Build and optimize automations, workflows, triggers, and campaigns • Set up and maintain funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, and surveys • Manage email, SMS, and voicemail campaigns • Troubleshoot automation errors, deliverability issues, and system conflicts • Maintain clean data, tagging logic, and pipeline stages • Create and edit basic graphic assets for landing pages, emails, and funnels • Design simple visuals using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe • Ensure brand consistency across CRM assets • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements • Test workflows and user journeys for accuracy and efficiency • Document processes and create SOPs for CRM usage

• You’ll use your skills to help solve real-world problems, while learning about the food, consumer products, and personalized nutrition ecosystem • You’ll work across the Pinto Services stack using tools and languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, GraphQL, AWS • You’ll work with our Research, Nutrition, & Data Analyst teams to gain a deep knowledge of underlying use cases in food data and nutrition • You’ll envision and create new features for our core data platform, which processes large, complex data sets from a variety of sources • You’ll envision and create tools that contribute to and enhance our end-to-end data pipeline • You’ll model, design and implement complex data integrations with our industry partners.
