Executive Assistant

InLogic

• Provide daily executive support to company leadership (primarily 3 co-founders) • Manage calendars, travel, inboxes, and meeting logistics • Coordinate internal and external communications (email, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.) • Organise team workflows, maintain SOPs, and support operations • Assist in onboarding new hires and keeping systems organised • Help plan and coordinate company events (virtual or in-person, approx. quarterly) • Join team meetings, capture notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an EA/PA, preferably supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Exceptionally organised with strong time and task management skills
  • Excellent communicator with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Confident using digital tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and task/project tools
  • Able to stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines, and anticipate needs
  • Bonus: background in events, operations, recruitment, or coaching
