VOTRE MISSION Nous recherchons pour un démarrage asap un/une stagiaire Achats & Supply chain. Votre objectif sera de contribuer à l’amélioration de la performance en travaillant sur : - L’amélioration des outils de pilotage achats & logistique (KPI, reporting, traitement des données), - Le sourcing et la qualification fournisseurs, - La veille du marché fournisseur, - La mise à jour et la conformité du processus Achats & Logistique avec la nouvelle politique Achats du Groupe SUEZ. Missions principales 1. Amélioration des outils de pilotage Achats - Améliorer et structurer les KPI supply chain (coûts, délais, qualité, risques…). - Automatiser les outils Excel et contribuer à la création du dashboard supply chain. - Participer au suivi budgétaire et au reporting des gains Achats. 2. Renforcement du sourcing & de la qualification fournisseurs - Réaliser des benchmarks et identifier de nouveaux fournisseurs sur les catégories prioritaires. - Contribuer à l’amélioration du processus d’audit fournisseur (critères, documents, organisation). 3. Veille marché & global sourcing - Mettre en place une veille structurée sur : innovations, nouveaux fournisseurs, tendances prix, risques. - Rechercher et proposer des fournisseurs alternatifs adaptés aux besoins d’UCD. 4. Conformité du processus achats & logistique - Participer à la mise à jour du processus Achats & Logistique afin d’assurer l’alignement avec la nouvelle politique Achats du Groupe SUEZ. - Contribuer à la formalisation documentaire (standardisation, workflows). 5. Gestion de la performance & des risques fournisseurs - Contribuer aux évaluations fournisseurs (qualité, délais, conformité, capacité). - Participer à la construction d’un suivi structuré des risques fournisseurs. - Participer à la préparation des futures Business Reviews fournisseurs. VOTRE PROFIL - Étudiant(e) Bac+4/5 en école d’ingénieur, école de commerce ou université, avec spécialisation en Achats ou Supply Chain - Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel ; Connaissance de Power BI. - À l’aise avec les données et les outils de gestion (SAP apprécié). - Rigueur, esprit analytique, curiosité, autonomie et sens de l’initiative. - Intérêt pour les achats industriels, les environnements techniques (eau, électromécanique, chaudronnerie métalliques) et la supply - chain internationale. Role Description As a member of the HQ Finance & Admin Department and Supply Chain Team, the Senior Manager, Global Procurement & Supply Chain oversees global sourcing and procurement, supplier governance, international logistics, compliance with donor and regulatory requirements, and organization-wide capacity building across Orbis programs. This role contributes by ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, ophthalmic supplies, and operational goods globally. The Senior Manager, Global Procurement & Supply Chain also provides surge support to the Flying Eye Hospital (FEH) and Hospital Based Training events.
