• Diseñar, construir y operar infraestructura cloud, garantizando escalabilidad, resiliencia y buenas prácticas. • Implementar y promover prácticas DevSecOps, definiendo estándares de calidad, seguridad y automatización. • Mentorizar a equipos de desarrollo, guiándolos en metodologías y herramientas DevSecOps. • Gestionar y configurar Azure DevOps, incluyendo pipelines CI/CD, repositorios, políticas y automatizaciones. • Desarrollar scripts en PowerShell, Bash o TypeScript para optimizar procesos y mejorar la eficiencia operativa. • Administrar y optimizar servicios Azure como App Insights, Alerts y Logic Apps. • Trabajar con OpenShift en despliegues y operación de contenedores. • Gestionar infraestructura mediante IaC. • Colaborar con equipos transversales (Cloud Services, Arquitectura, etc.) para establecer estándares comunes y soluciones alineadas a la organización. • Participar en proyectos de datos y automatización, contribuyendo a la evolución de la plataforma tecnológica.

Job Requirements

  • Al menos 4-5 años de experiencia en roles de DevOps, Ingeniería Cloud o similares.
  • Experiencia demostrada gestionando entornos Azure a gran escala.
  • Amplia experiencia con Azure DevOps.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en servicios de Azure, especialmente: Application Insights, Alerts, Logic Apps.
  • Experiencia con OpenShift.
  • Scripting en PowerShell, Bash o TypeScript.
  • Prácticas DevSecOps, incluyendo: Estrategias CI/CD, Estrategias de branching.
  • Experiencia con SAST (Static Application Security Testing).
  • Experiencia en Infraestructura como Código (IaC).
  • Habilidades de trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva y colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares.

About the Role: As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer on the Platform team, your role will be crucial in helping us design, scale, and manage our growing AWS-backed services for millions of connected IoT devices, mobile, and SaaS users. Your expertise in cloud-native and highly elastic service design and scaling practices is going to ensure our growing services, as well as new products and features operate smoothly and without manual intervention to achieve Motive’s strong 99.99% availability SLOs. What You’ll Do: - Collaborate with other engineering and product teams to design and build the infrastructure and services required to deliver new features to customers in a cloud-native and event-driven fashion. - Leverage and progress our IaC (Terraform) and CM (Helm) code and strategies for advanced scaling and self-service usage by engineering teams. - Identify and remove bottlenecks from systems in production throughout AWS services and with our Kubernetes platform. - Ensure 99.99% customer-facing uptime. - Continuously improve the monitoring and alerting capabilities of our platform, enabling us to be proactive instead of reactive.
