Position Overview: As the Assistant Disposition Manager, you will play a key role in the sales and transaction process for our wholesale properties. You’ll work closely with the Disposition Manager to handle the marketing and buyer-side communications, ensuring that each deal progresses smoothly from contract to close. Key Responsibilities: Buyer Management - Add and maintain buyer contacts in our CRM system (REsimpli) - Actively grow and segment our buyer database through outreach and networking - Qualify new buyers and understand their purchasing criteria Property Marketing - Create and distribute marketing materials for each property under contract - Post properties on platforms such as InvestorBase, Facebook groups, and other real estate forums - Manage email campaigns and property blasts using Constant Contact Communication & Transaction Support - Serve as the primary point of contact for buyer inquiries on available deals - Provide timely responses and updates throughout the transaction lifecycle - Schedule and coordinate property showings or walkthroughs when needed CRM & System Management - Ensure all property and buyer data is accurately recorded in REsimpli - Track buyer engagement and interest using CRM tools - Maintain a well-organized digital record of all deals and interactions
