Job Requirements
- 5+ years in project/program management
- at least 3 years specifically leading or building a PMO
- PMI-PMOCP, PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certifications are preferred
- Deep expertise in PPM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
- ability to navigate a room full of conflicting stakeholders and bring them to a consensus
- know when to stick to the process and when to cut the red tape
