This includes defining metrics beyond traditional referral traffic, such as: citation share, AI visibility, and engagement. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Editorial, Data, SEO, and Revenue teams. Requirements What You Have - 5+ years of product experience within a digital publisher, media company, or content platform, with a strong background in sports publishing, sports media, or fan-facing sports products. - Deep understanding of the sports publishing ecosystem, including CMS platforms, editorial workflows, content monetization models, SEO, and Google Discover. - Strong technical fluency in AI systems, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector embeddings/databases, AI agents, entity models, and knowledge graph concepts. - Experience working with structured content models, entity-based search, AI crawling behaviors, and content retrieval mechanisms. - Demonstrated passion for AI and its impact on content, media, and user experiences, with a strong data-driven mindset. - Proven ability to define experimentation frameworks and measurement models, and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
