ABOUT THIS ROLE: At KIBO, this role is a core part of building a scalable, data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology—owning systems, automation, and data that directly influence pipeline and revenue. What You’ll Do: - HubSpot Ownership: Own the marketing side of HubSpot like campaign setup, nurture workflows, list management, lead lifecycle stages, form, and customer journey automation. - Stack Integration: 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Clearout and various MarTech and SalesTech stack integrated and working together, making sure intent signals and enrichment data are flowing into HubSpot and being used to track deals. - Platform Onboarding: Support new platform onboarding and integration processes, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure functionality, data, and outcomes exceed expectations. - Platform Support: Act as the internal point of contact for HubSpot support, upgrades, and new feature rollouts. - AI-Driven Workflows: Build scalable, AI-driven workflows using LLMs, Claude, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.). - GTM Automation: Connect and automate processes across the GTM tech stack to improve accuracy, personalization, and execution speed. - Performance Monitoring: Create dashboards and monitoring systems to track automation performance, lead quality, and conversion trends within HubSpot. - Documentation: Document processes, integrations, prompt logic, and configurations so the infrastructure is useful for the entire organization.
