Job Description

Business Systems Analyst Manager

CACI International Inc

• Lead and support all phases of functional delivery, including planning, analysis of legacy and target systems, execution, reconciliation, and validation activities. • Provide strategic functional leadership for asset conversion initiatives. • Direct the documentation of: Business requirements, Detailed design specifications, Data conversion requirements. • Lead analysis of legacy and target system data. • Oversee reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and alignment with program objectives. • Drive the creation and delivery of data conversion–related work products. • Lead all functional testing efforts, including Defining test strategies, Developing test scenarios, Preparing test documentation, Executing validation testing. • Oversee system interface and data conversion testing. • Monitor application operations and identify data issues. • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve incidents effectively and on time. • Provide managerial oversight to junior team members within the Accounting Classification Structure (ACS) team. • Ensure clear task direction, guidance, and alignment with project priorities. • Maintain subject matter expertise in ACS conversion processes. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-workstream coordination. • Monitor ACS operations for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with standards. • Demonstrate strong client leadership and engagement skills. Lead discussions and influence key decisions. • Develop a deep understanding of client business processes and align solutions accordingly. • Coordinate across multiple implementation efforts to ensure consistency with requirements, expectations, and regulations. • Document: Decisions, User stories, Requirements related to interfaces, data conversion, and data cleansing. Prepare meeting materials and facilitate client discussions. Perform data analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate with analysts to understand organizational processes and legacy systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with X+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for education).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Federal Financial Management systems (desired).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (desired).
  • Experience with Momentum Financials (front-end and database) (desired).
