• Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners within the assigned region • Collaborate with focus partners in the territory to develop comprehensive business plans that align to strategic objectives • Provide technical pre-sales support to partners, including product presentations, demonstrations and solution architecture design • Collaborate with your sales peers to identify opportunities for new partnerships and expand existing ones • Plan and drive detailed technical training sessions for partners, ensuring they are proficient in the company’s products, solutions, and integration processes • Support channel partners with technical issues during and after product implementation, acting as a liaison between them and the company's technical support teams • Applies Business and Technical Acumen to design and deliver customized solutions based on partner and customer needs, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices • Stay updated on product roadmaps, new technologies, and industry trends to better assist partners in growing their business • Assist in the development and deployment of channel enablement materials, such as technical guides, manuals, and webinars • Collaborate with the product management and development teams to provide feedback on product improvements based on partner and customer feedback • Drives results by maintaining detailed records of partner interactions, sales pipeline, and technical support provided, reporting progress to management regularly

Role Description This position provides a wide range of training (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, IATF, FSSC 22000, etc.), and course development opportunities to clients/customers based on needs and requirements. - Provide excellent customer service through communication with clients relative to offered trainings - Participate in course development activities for new courses as well as updates of existing courses - Collaborate with team in identifying solutions for complex courses or materials - Maintain communication with Vice President/GM and/or Sales Team - Domestic travel may be required to the location of training Qualifications - Prior experience conducting training classes - High degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills - Work well in a team situation, ability to answer questions, and resolve problems in a timely manner - Maturity to provide leadership and direction to a class - Handling multiple projects, deliver on-time results - Auditing experience required – relevant and current audit experience with the standard(s) applying to teach - Proficiency in MS office, use of “virtual training” platforms (e.g., Webex, Teams) - Subject Matter expert-level experience with one or more Management Systems or a similar arena: - Quality Management Systems - Environmental Management Systems - Food Safety; FSSC 22000 - Health and Safety Management Systems - Aerospace - Automotive - Energy - Information Security Requirements - Independent Contractors for teaching courses may qualify by a combination of the following: - Five years’ experience in the applicable management systems Management systems, regulatory or compliance or similar job position - Five years’ experience in an Environmental management, regulatory or compliance management or similar job position - Five years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety, regulatory or compliance or similar job experience - Five years’ experience in Food Safety, regulatory or compliance or similar job experience - Five years’ experience in manufacturing management - Relevant and current audit experience with the standard(s) interested instructing – minimum of 15 audit days - Experience that meets a minimum of 2 management system audits (2 people on team) within the past 3 years - Current audit log providing experience of audit experience - Qualifications as specified in AS9104/3A for Aerospace Physical Considerations - Must be able to work in a variety of client locations, environments, and conditions. This may include climbing stairs, walking long distances, walking on rough and uneven terrain, walking through client work facilities, working in heat/cold conditions, indoors and outdoors. - Must be able to accommodate working various shifts as client activities are scheduled. - Ability to lift 25-50lbs. - Extended periods of standing Travel Considerations - Domestic travel required, estimated up to 50%.
