Business Development Executive

Eurofins

• Drive the business development strategy and growth efforts for PSS across the UK and Ireland. • Work closely with PSS Leadership to understand priorities and set ambitious yet achievable annual targets. • Identify, pursue, and win new PSS opportunities, developing key accounts through analysing client organisations and uncovering their service requirements. • Assess client needs and design tailored service solutions, collaborating with PSS Leadership to create proposals and present to clients. • Monitor customer satisfaction for existing clients and undertake additional duties as required to support successful service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in a life sciences discipline, or relevant vocational training and business expertise.
  • Proven business development success at senior levels within the target industry, ideally with experience in Pharma Insourcing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and team player skills.
  • Expert knowledge of product commercialisation, manufacturing, supply chain processes, and associated testing and service needs within clients’ markets.
  • Ability to manage key commercial and contractual processes (CDAs, MSAs, pricing agreements), supporting negotiations and resolving commercial issues with senior oversight.
  • Confident operation within GxP environments, ensuring all activities meet regulatory expectations.
