• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure product quality throughout the entire lifecycle, from inception to delivery. • Understand requirements, define testing strategies, design and execute tests for web, api, backend functions of the software applications. • Conduct regression testing and participate in release cycles to ensure software stability. • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, DevOps • Assist in setting up automated test scripts(python,shell, etc.). • Work closely with the Engineering team to promptly address user feedback. • Using Jmeter and Pytest as primary tools
Job Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 5 - 8 years of experience in QA, familiar with Jira
- Capable of writing test scripts and conducting functional testing for automated QA processes.
- Demonstrating Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Understand engineering best practices and agile development methodologies.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
- Proficient in at least one programming language: C, C++, Java, Go, or Python.

ABOUT THE ROLE Software engineers at carwow work on cross-functional product teams of product managers, engineers, designers and data analysts. You will work closely with a Product Manager and a Tech Lead on deciding what features to build for customers, break down and build features with the team, review code, mentor engineers, ensure operational excellence, and share knowledge broadly across the engineering organisation.
