Telehealth Clinic Manager

General Medicine

• Manage real-time clinic flow — queues, SLAs, patient progression, and staffing decisions • Serve as the clinical–ops bridge — translating provider needs into operational action • Exercise escalation judgment — routing concerns correctly and following through • Enhance provider experience — reduce administrative noise for clinicians • Focus on team performance with QA, live coaching, SOP development, and training

Job Requirements

  • Active RN with Compact licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • BSN required; MSN or graduate degree a plus
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in internal medicine, family medicine, or urgent care
  • 2+ years in healthcare operations, clinic management, or care coordination leadership — telehealth experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable building in ambiguity and creating SOPs
