Job Description
Principal Product Manager, Consumer Experiences
Twin Health
• Own the strategy and execution for Twin’s next generation of consumer-facing experiences. • Design and ship end-to-end in-app journeys that gather rich context about our members, set up personalized care plans, and deliver nutrition and activity insights that drive measurable health outcomes. • Define the roadmap, ship quickly, run bold experiments, and scale what works across app, chat, voice, and AI-generated surfaces. • Lead discovery through interviews, usability testing, diary studies, and behavioral analysis. • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product decisions and narratives. • Build shared understanding of member needs across Product, Design, and Engineering. • Deliver consumer-grade experiences across mobile, web, chat, and voice. • Move ideas from concept → prototype → experiment → launch with urgency and quality. • Define input and output metrics tied to member behavior and health outcomes. • Build quarterly plans with clear hypotheses and success criteria. • Ship improvements weekly and iterate based on data, not opinions. • Write crisp PRDs, UX briefs, and acceptance criteria. • Tell the story: why this, why now, what we learned, what changed, and communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.
