• Own strategic programs end-to-end: from hypothesis refinement through execution and scaling • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured hypotheses, experiments and workplans with clear artifacts • Exercise rigorous prioritization: define clear success criteria up front, invest behind the highest-leverage opportunities, and decisively sunset initiatives that don’t meet the bar • Interface with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to share our vision, gather feedback, and establish and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships • Establish, refine and simplify product requirements and business cases for new initiatives • Develop internal strategy materials and external-facing pitch decks, positioning and go to market assets • Drive cross-functional alignment across Clinical, Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Ops • Represent Thyme credibly to senior external stakeholders (members, payers, providers, partners) • Build durable playbooks to scale and harden programs

• Own AI governance intake: ensure pilots, purchases, and launches go through proper security and risk reviews before they happen • Facilitate governance committee reviews and drive decisions to resolution • Build and maintain the operational infrastructure of our AI program: documentation, audit trails, escalation pathways • Operationalize evals, labeling and monitoring in ways that serve PMs, engineers, clinicians and other cross-functional stakeholders • Own training and enablement: help non-technical teams understand AI capabilities, governance and potential opportunities for value • Coordinate with Security/Privacy on vendor risk, BAAs, and compliance requirements • Translate AI controls into practical, operationalized team workflows that don't create unnecessary friction

Join us to help shape the future of crypto. 🚀 岗位职责 1、以大模型（LLM）作为核心组件，参与构建具备“思考、调用、执行”能力的后端业务系统，将产品需求与思维链转化为稳定、可扩展的 Agentic Workflow（智能体工作流）。 2、负责 AI Agent 的编排与工程化落地，包括模型调用、工具调用（Tool-calling）、多步推理、状态管理与异常处理，保障复杂业务流程的稳定执行。 3、参与模型接入、推理服务、RAG 与数据处理等核心模块建设，推动 AI 能力在真实业务场景中的规模化应用。 4、针对高并发、高可靠场景，对 AI 系统进行性能优化与工程治理，包括流式响应、异步调度、缓存策略与成本控制。 5、与产品、前端、算法及平台团队协作，持续优化 AI 系统的研发效率与交付质量，在复杂问题中独立推进模块级方案落地。 任职要求 1、5 年及以上后端或 AI 相关研发经验，具备扎实的工程基础与系统设计能力。 2、熟悉大模型应用开发范式，具备 Agent、RAG、工具调用或 AI Infra 的实际项目经验。 3、具备智能体编排经验，熟悉 LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen 或类似框架，并能够处理模型输出不确定性、工具调用失败等复杂情况。 4、具备较强的后端性能优化能力，熟悉高并发场景下的流式处理、异步任务调度、多级缓存与资源成本控制。 5、熟悉至少一门主流后端语言（Go / Java / Python 等），代码质量与工程意识良好。 6、对 AI 技术具备高度热情，具备“AI 原住民”工程思维，能够在不确定性中快速迭代并推动结果落地。
