In this role, you will help manage the technical service support and training requirements of assigned Thermo King Dealers and customers to deliver an exceptional and consistent service experience. Also, in coordination with the District Sales Manager, your responsibilities and objectives will be to develop plans to secure growth in dealer business, competitive accounts, Intelligent Services, and Service-related accounts. What you will do: - Provide timely, expert service advice and instruction to technical, maintenance, installation, and training needs of assigned accounts. - Effectively manage commercial policy within the assigned financial budget to quickly address customer issues to maintain relationships and to deliver an excellent customer experience. - Serve as the main service liaison between the customer, Thermo King Corporation and our dealers to ensure a consistent level of service and strong communication on all service matters to reduce costs, downtime, and improve efficiency. - Works closely with other sales and service staff, internal functions, and leadership to resolve issues quickly and provide customers with a great experience. - Monitor and enforce dealer compliance with authorized dealer agreement as it related to service issues. - Bring customer issues and awareness to Thermo King Corp in order to develop long term technical and/or product development solutions to the market. - Ensure adherence to safety rules (vehicle safety) in the field. What you will bring: - High School or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred - Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in field service/sales support or related role. Prior experience working with dealers is a plus. - Ability to travel 60% - Strong communication skills, including training - Good problem-solving skills - Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI in previous 5 years; Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
