Senior Staff Product and Market Research Specialist

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative market and product research initiatives to uncover market trends, customer needs, validate product concepts, and assess usability. • Serve as an organizational subject matter expert for Customer Insights (CI) and Market Research. • Inform and conduct competitive product benchmarking and user experience evaluations to inform product positioning and differentiation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable product requirements and innovation strategies. • Guide teams on the interpretation of CI and market data. • Create clear, compelling reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field; experience in product research or user-centered design is required.
- Master’s degree in Market research, Human Factors, UX Research, or Product Innovation is preferred.
- Strong experience in designing and conducting customer interviews, usability testing, and concept validation.
- Proficiency in research tools and analysis platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, NVivo, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex findings into strategic insights.
- Demonstrated fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively across product, R&D, marketing, and commercial teams.
