• Diagnosing and repairing faults and malfunctions of parcel locker machines (APMs) on site, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance • Maintenance and modernisation of parcel locker machines, including implementing hardware and software upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency • Diagnostics, reconfiguration, and installation of computer software or firmware for computer, electronic, and electromechanical equipment, ensuring compatibility and security compliance • Processing and reporting on assigned repairs using communication channels utilised within the organisation • Managing tools and components for parcel locker machines • Handling systems for managing personnel-related matters • Quality control of work performed by internal employees and subcontractors ensuring adherence to technical standards, contractual agreements, and company guidelines • Providing technical and substantive support to employees and subcontractors (including international ones) via communication and IT channels used within the company • Participating in the development of solutions for new types of parcel locker machines • Preparing and updating technical manuals and documentation

• Primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, quality and work instructions during the installation and maintenance of both AIS & GIS systems, delivering exceptional service and quality products to our clients. • Perform Installation, commissioning and maintenance service work on Power Transformers and/or AIS circuit breakers & disconnectors and/or GIS switchgear in the high and medium voltage range. • Install the latest high-voltage technology and keep proven technology running. • Troubleshooting, disassembly and assembly of components. • Repairs and spare parts manufacturing at customer sites and/or in the service workshop. • Professional and proper handling of work equipment, measuring instruments, and devices. • Execution of rework and modifications. • Consistent adherence to GEV's ethics guidelines.
